PPM Research Findings

This case study encompasses different research methodologies employed by UserGoodness for The Pantry Plus More’s website redesign. Insights generated from this case study are intended to inform branding, content, logo, and website design.

UserGoodness conducted user interviews with volunteers to understand the process from their perspective, expectations, and pain points.

We established competitive benchmarks to form a peer baseline for branding, content, logo, and research purposes. This will allow The Pantry Plus More to see where they are, how they compare to their peers, and know how to improve.

We also setup website analytics to provide visitor demographics, behavior, and user flow analysis, but since The Pantry Plus More is not ranking for any high search volume, or non-brand keywords, there is a lot of opportunity with implementing search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
